So obviously it has been a good eight months since I last wrote on this thing... but with good reason. Although much has happened with Mr. Dash and his many adventures, I opted to wait until I had some sort of computer editing program to edit/resize pictures... because is a blog a blog without pictures?... I think not.
The biggest change with the Bowden family has most clearly been...
this little nugget. Lyric Porter is such an amazing and beautiful baby! She was born on February 16th... by induction so that she wouldn't potentially be born the same day as Dashy on the 18th. And since their due dates were both the 20th of February, there was a good chance that could have happened! We thought they would like to have their own special day as they got older, and thankfully she came the 16th because she weighed a healthy (huge!) 7lbs 15oz!Dash has adjusted well to being a big brother and likes to make sure Lyric has wipes wherever she goes. He thinks "holding" her is a special treat and believes the phrase "hold her head" means... squeeze her cheeks. Lyric is so blessed to have such a sweet (and enthusiastic) older brother.
I think those two are extraordinary!
Well... the blog begins. I have much to get caught up on, including Dash's second birthday, being pregnant (woohoo!), our house, and many other "A Bowden Happening"... ha!
